My boyfriend and I live in an apartment in Temecula that is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, small dining room, and in unit washer and dryer. The room available is a private bedroom, you will have a private bathroom located right across from the bedroom. You will have full access to the kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer. The utilities range from $60-$70 a month and is split between all of us. We have never had issues with our current roommate and are very respectful.
